Dave Ormesher worked for thirty years at Belron® gaining practical leadership experience and plenty of personal feedback in a variety of roles: Operations, Distribution, Finance, Call Centre and of course Leadership.

Dave built an understanding of the link between leadership and performance which ensured it remained a strategic imperative with a key performance indicator to track progress for both the individual and the organisation.

Reporting to the CEO Belron®, he was personally responsible for the calibre of executive leadership through a combination of recruitment, delivering development material, coaching and performance management against leadership behaviours. Dave was personally involved in all aspects.

As People Development Director he achieved sustained improvement in the leadership performance of the top two hundred executives across five continents during a ten-year period of continuous profitable growth at Belron®.
